that use motors require more power to start than to run.
You can estimate your home's power requirements by
referencing the following list of common applications.
- Choose a fuel to run your generator.

a power outage.

Typically, residential generators range in size from 8.5 to 50
kilowatts and are fueled by natural
gas (NG) or propane
