Load Bank Testing from Power Depot

Load Bank Testing from Power Depot

Load Bank Testing is critical to extending the life of the generator and keeping the unit in peak performance. This test mimics the operational load that a stand-by generator receives in the event of a power outage.

The Benefits:

  • Fully test generator without interrupting normal utility services
  • Ensure the engine cooling system performs as designed
  • Cleans carbon deposits from the exhaust system and turbochargers to offset “wet stacking” by loading the generator to 100% capacity

Required by law per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Code 110 for life safety electrical power needs.
